People with no water are our number one priority. It does not matter whether we drilled your well or whether you have used us before. We will get to you as soon as we can so you can get your water back.
What we check
Our service team inspects the well and all of its components and tells you what is going on. Often we can fix the problem on the spot. If the pump has failed, we replace it.
Before you call
Check the breaker for the well pump. If it has tripped, reset it once. If it trips again, or the pump still does not run, leave it off and call us.
Water that smells or stains
If the water is running but smells of rotten eggs or leaves orange stains, the problem is the water, not the well. We test it and fit the right filtration.
