Wells for homes

We drill many residential wells in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples, and in North Fort Myers, where our yard is. Depth runs from 50 to 300 feet, depending on where your well is.

A new well is only the start. It needs a pump and a pressure tank, and most well water needs testing and treating. We do all of it, so you deal with one company from the drilling to clean water at the tap.

Irrigation wells

We drill irrigation wells for homes, farms and commercial landscapes, and size the pump to the job.

Commercial and agricultural wells

We drill commercial wells up to 1000 feet deep with 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14 inch casing. They supply irrigation, lake recharge, fountains, geothermal systems and farms.

One example is three commercial wells we drilled for a new golf course in Southwest Florida. The job started with a 16 inch bit to set the surface casing for a much larger rig.

Well Drilling: common questions

How much does it cost to drill a well in Southwest Florida?

It depends on how deep the well has to go, the casing size, and the pump and filtration it needs. A shallow home well costs far less than a deep commercial well. We give free quotes: call (239) 567-0007 or send the form and tell us where the property is and what the well is for.

How deep will my well need to be in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres or Fort Myers?

Most home wells we drill in Southwest Florida are between 50 and 300 feet deep. The depth depends on where the property is and what the water is for. Commercial wells can go much deeper; we drill them to 1000 feet.

Do I need a permit to drill a well in Florida?

Yes. Florida requires a permit to build a new well, issued through the regional water management district or the local agency that handles it for them. When we quote your well, we will tell you what your property needs. Call (239) 567-0007 with any questions.

How long does it take to drill and finish a new well?

It depends on the depth, the ground conditions and the permit. A shallow home well is a much shorter job than a deep commercial well. We will give you a timeline with your quote.

Can you drill an irrigation well for my lawn or farm?

Yes. We drill irrigation wells for homes, farms and commercial landscapes, and install pumps sized for the job, from household pumps to commercial pumps of up to 100 hp.

Do you drill commercial and agricultural wells? How deep can you go?

Yes. We drill commercial wells up to 1000 feet deep with 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14 inch casing, for irrigation, lake recharge, fountains, geothermal systems and farms. One example is three commercial wells for a new golf course in Southwest Florida.
